Pricing

Our pricing varies with each service we offer. For the most accurate pricing, we encourage you to contact us with your specific request and we can provide an accurate and free quote for you.

IT Services (Computer Repair, Networking) - Residential

For residential clients our base rate is $100 per hour. In the majority of circumstances, most clients don't see anything higher than this, unless it's a big job which we will notify you in advance. If a problem is fixed relatively quickly, the rate is commonly reduced. In the event we can not fix your problem, there is no charge!

We also 100% guarantee satisfaction. If your issue isn't resolved, we will work with you to fix it at no extra cost.

IT Services - Commercial

Our goal with our commercial offering is to provide quality and responsive IT support, while costing less than having your IT in-house.

• Base Rate (Pay As You Go) - $100 per hour
• 5 Hours Per Month Commitment - $90 per hour ($450 total)
  • Includes our full service backup solution for 1 server or workstation ($100 per month value)
  • Includes our full remote monitoring and management suite to be set up at your company. This is commonly known as "RMM"
• Non Profit Rate - $75 per hour base rate, hourly commitment will reduce rate as well.
• Require more than 5 hours per month of IT services? Contact us for a custom rate!

Computer Backups

We offer a few different types of backup solutions, including offsite backups (all stored in Canada)

• $5 Per Month Per Workstation - Offsite Data Clone - This is an affordable solution that protects you in the event of a computer failure. Not an ideal solution for recovering deleted files, or if your machine gets a virus since this solution is strict clone of whats on your computer. This is only ideal for recovering from a total computer failure.
• $30 Per Month Per Workstation - Offsite Image Clone - This is a great solution that protects your machine from top to bottom. You data is backed up daily offsite and stored for 1 year. At any point, you can rollback and recover deleted files, or even the entire workstation.
• $100 Per Month Per Workstation/Server - Local and Offsite Image Clone - This is the highest quality backup service we offer. This is a full service backup that clones your entire server and backs up hourly. In addition, the data is syncronized offsite and stored for up to 1 year. At any point, you can rollback and recover deleted files, or even the entire server. In addition, if your server or workstation fails (for any reason, including ransomware, hardware failure etc), you can have your server virtualized and up in running in just a few minutes.

Hosting and Domains

Our web hosting service is geared towards clients who wants someone to handle it all. We take care of your hosting and domain renewals completely. Should you need anything changed with your hosting or domain records simply contact us and we take it from there.

• Web Hosting - $150 Per Year, 15 GB storage (soft limit), Unlimited Bandwidth.
• Domain Renewal (.CA) - $13 Per Year
• Domain Renewal (.COM) - $20 Per Year
• Custom Hosting, including VPS or Bare Metal servers are available. Contact us for details

Security and Alarm Systems

Custom Development (Websites, Apps, etc)

All websites and applications are different, and we will work with you to bring your vision to life. As a result, no project is the same and will have different costs, so it's impossible to give generic pricing. We highly encourage you to contact us so we can meet and discuss your needs in detail. Then we can provide you with an accurate quote.

Products

We keep a small selection of product in stock and primarily order product in as needed.

Live Inventory

If you order directly off our website, we offer pickup service only. Parts are delivered for free when bundled with any IT service. We recommened using this website strictly for a live inventory reading, and suggest ordering from us directly if you require a part.

Norwind Solutions is a sub-brand of Norwind Interactive Ltd. We were founded in 2011 by Brandyn Engbrecht, and in mid 2017 we opened our first physical office in Winnipeg.

We will continue to offer curbside pickup and delivery for products purchased through us. In addition we will offer on-site tech services with proper saftey protocols (wearing a mask, etc)
